Bmw Vision

The concept car BMW Vision ConnectedDrive made its first appearance worldwide from March 3 to 13th at the 2011 International Motor Show in Geneva. The top position in the vehicle world occupied by BMW in the progress of pioneering driver assistance systems as well as mobility services will be fortified further by this astonishing concept vehicle. This BMW Vision ConnectedDrive study manifests current and future systems of mobile networking in a specifically focused way. Comfort, security and the infotainment experience in the sedan can be accurately optimized by groundbreaking functionality, independently tailored to suit the requirements of the driver and passenger as well. The design personifies the bond amid the driver and the sedan, the dialogue amid the driver and the commuter, and the communication of the vehicle with the environment. New technologies as well as innovative design concepts are used to add more facets to this apparent BMW driving pleasure.

BMW 328 Hommage

BMW has launched the 328 Hommage concept, a design study concerned with a speedster, at the Villa d’Este. Taking its inspiration from the legendary 328 model, some of its awe-inspiring features include carbon-fiber body with asymmetric windscreen. The 328 Hommage holds the same layout. It is an exceptional 2-seater roadster having a front-mounted engine with a lightweight construction. The 328 Hommage BMW is unlike the 1930’s model in terms of its make, the usage of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The exterior design boasts a surface treatment related to the one followed by BMW for its newest concepts, with its design incorporating an assortment of elements, which creates a visual tie to the original model. Thanks to the usage of materials as well as freely suspended elements including 2 iPhones included in the dashboard via special aluminum housing having a silhouette of classic stopwatches , that expresses a sense of lightness in terms of its interior structure. Clear-cut lines run across the sedan body’s taut surfaces. Overall, the 328 Hommage model is very awe-inspiring.

Folding Bike

An innovative Fusion Model has been unveiled by the Christchurch Company that already developed the electric folding YikeBike. This new model is slightly heavy than the innate carbon fibre bike, however it is slightly lighter on the pocket. While the archetype is made out of carbon fibre, the Fusion frame as well as the structural parts are made out of alloy and strengthened polymer composite, which clearly marks the differentiation between the two. Weight approximately 14kg in comparison to the 10.8kg carbon fibre bike, the Fusion bile costs just US$2000, much cheaper than the carbon fiber bike which sells for US$3000. People always wanted to buy a bike via a distributor so that they could test the same. This was the main reason for why the company unveiled the Fusion model at a much lower price point. Nevertheless, the fusion model would certainly meet the demands of the people. The YikeBike was groundbreaking at a concept and at execution level, with sound programs to drive mass market adoption, said the judges.

Nissan Nuvu

Nissan Nuvu is a concept designed to offer next generation car from Nissan with rear-mounted electric motor and lithium ion battery pack. The design of this concept car is quite unusual and small. For city use, the Nuvu’s performance is more than adequate. Across the all-glass roof are a dozen of small solar panels. Basically, natural, organic and recycled materials are used to make its cabin. The steering of the car is very direct for quickness and maneuverability in the city. No one will have any problem in crowded roads and limited parking slots with this tomorrow’s city car.

venturi

This can be one of the most incredible cars you might have seen recently. Venturi Volage is a fully electric roadster that boasts 295 horsepower and 171 pound-feet of torque. Volage is indeed a head-turner with plenty of unbelievable features such as Active Wheel Technology that empowers each wheel with a significant amount of additional control over the vehicle. This concept is planned for 2012 but because of the impressive looks who doesn’t want to be the driver and master of this unleashed man made wonder. To sum up, Venturi Volage is a wonderfully crafted speed car concept that definitely deserves success and fame.

Audi e tron Spyder

The car was first displayed at last year’s Paris Motor Show, and its wheelbase is a full 220mm shorter than the R8’s. It’s only 4.06 metres long and 1.11 metres high, but a purposeful-looking 1.81 metres wide. Audi has clearly gone to a lot of trouble to make the e tron Spyder stand out, and it’s one of the best-looking sports cars we’ve seen; the wheels for example are each made from 66 individual parts..
